About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and request or book services from B's Mobile Auto Detailing ("we", "us"). By using the site or requesting a quote you agree to them.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown by our online quote tool are estimates based on the vehicle size, condition, services and add-ons you select. The final price is confirmed by us after we understand your vehicle's condition, and may change if the vehicle needs more work than described. A quote is not a guarantee of an appointment until we confirm a date and time with you.
Booking and scheduling
We confirm appointments by phone, text or email. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and place. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety or other circumstances, and we will let you know as soon as we can. Where we need water or power at your location, we will tell you when booking.
Deposits and payment
Some bookings may ask for a deposit to reserve a time. We will tell you the amount and the deposit terms before you pay, and the deposit counts toward the final price. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. The balance is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise.
Cancellations
Please contact us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellation and deposit terms for your booking are confirmed with you when you book.
Our work
We use professional products and take care with every vehicle. Detailing can reveal existing damage such as swirl marks, scratches, chips, stains, failing paint or clear coat that cannot be fully corrected. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle. Please tell us about any concerns before we start and report any issue with our work to us promptly so we can put it right.
Ceramic coatings and care
Coatings and protection products last longer when the vehicle is cared for as we advise. We do not guarantee a specific duration, and damage, neglect or incorrect washing can shorten it.
Website use
You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate information. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit information about someone else without their permission. Content on this site, including photos and branding, belongs to us or our licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

By submitting your details you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by calls and texts (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
