Who we are

B's Mobile Auto Detailing ("we", "us") provides mobile car detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating services in Panama City, FL and nearby areas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, service address, preferred date, notes, and the services and add-ons you choose in our quote tool.
• Details from your visit: your browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site (for example an ad or a search). We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, for this.
• Payment details, if you pay a deposit. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your card number.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quote, schedule your service, and contact you about it.
• To follow up if you started a quote but did not finish it.
• To run and improve our website and our advertising, including measuring which ads lead to quote requests.
• To keep our business records, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.

Calls, texts and emails

When you submit your details, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your quote and your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to buy our services. We do not sell your phone number.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure visits and quote requests and to show our ads to people who may be interested. This shares limited information with Meta, such as the page you viewed, the action you took (for example "quote completed", "booked" or "completed a service"), the value of that action, technical identifiers such as your IP address and browser type, and your contact details (name, phone, email, ZIP code) in a hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the action to an ad click. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed: our customer-management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our website hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), our payment processor, and advertising platforms such as Meta as described above. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing bryant@bsautodetailing.website or calling (850) 276-4081. Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
